About IRM

Interactive Risk Management (IRM) was formerly Accountants @ Law (A@L). From 2000 to 2016 we were niche forensic accountants, providing litigation support to attorneys, counsel and corporate clients.

We are proud to announce we are now in our twenty third year of operation.

In 2017 to meet the requirements of Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE), the forensic accounting business was sold by implementation of an BBBEE transaction.  With effect 1 May 2017, the forensic accounting business of Accountants @ Law (Pty) Ltd was sold to a new company, 100% owned by BEE partners. IRM continues to provide forensic accounting consulting services to A@L in addition providing to its client base, data analytics and forensic business reviews/due diligences for credit and investment funding purposes.

The name of Accountants @ Law (Pty) Ltd (Co no 2000/013411/07) has changed to Interactive Risk Management (Pty) Ltd (“IRM”), retaining the same company number (Company no 2000/013411/07). Allan Greyling remains the sole director of IRM, which will provide forensic consulting services to the new Accountants @ Law (Pty) Ltd (Company no 2017/036025/07) which will continue the forensic accounting business previously owned by IRM.

IRM in addition to providing forensic accounting consulting services to A@L, has changed its focus to providing interactive risk management services to its former and new corporate clients, using various information technology (IT) tools to monitor corporate transactional financial data, in association with our IT skilled service providers.
